• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bat288 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed on detection. Any balances or winnings associated with a duplicate account may be forfeited at bat288's discretion.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who have activated a self-exclusion on bat288 or on any related gaming platform registered under the same licence are not eligible to register or use a bat288 account during the exclusion period.
• Employees: Employees of bat288, its affiliates, technology partners, game studios, and payment processors are not eligible to maintain a bat288 Player account or participate in promotions.

To access bat288's gaming Services, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number, registered mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• KYC Verification: bat288 is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all Players. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during your time as a bat288 member. The following terms govern deposits made to your bat288 PKR Wallet:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. bat288 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, however limits may apply at the level of your chosen payment method (e.g. JazzCash daily transaction caps).
• Accepted Payment Methods: bat288 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. Payment methods are subject to change without notice.
• Deposit Fees: bat288 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits. Your payment service provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction fees, for which bat288 bears no responsibility.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 5 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been legitimately obtained. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may trigger a fraud review.
• Currency: bat288 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies are not accepted. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals from your bat288 PKR Wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed bat288's KYC verification process. If your KYC is pending, your withdrawal will be placed on hold until verification is complete. bat288 encourages all Players to complete KYC shortly after registration to avoid delays at the point of withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Same Payment Method Policy: bat288 applies a same-source withdrawal policy. Withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is a financial compliance requirement and cannot be waived.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 4 hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically received within 30 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Fees: bat288 does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawals for verified accounts. Fees charged by your receiving bank or payment provider are outside bat288's control.

bat288 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bat288 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Each bat288 promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game type restrictions, time windows, and geographic requirements. Read the specific promotion terms before opting in.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credit is subject to a wagering requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements at bat288 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus Wallet Separation: Bonus funds are held in a separate Bonus Wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Real money funds in your PKR Wallet are wagered before Bonus Wallet funds in all eligible games.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. • Expiry: All bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Bonus Wallet automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless a promotion expressly permits stacking. bat288 reserves the right to void bonuses claimed in violation of this rule.
• Abuse Prevention: bat288 monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including use of low-risk or matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play. bat288 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and remove bonus credit from accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
• bat288's Discretion: bat288 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not retroactively affect already-completed wagering activity.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on bat288:

• Game Rules: Each game offered on bat288 is subject to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules prevail with respect to the specific game mechanics, and these Terms prevail with respect to financial and account matters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat288 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to do so.

Self-exclusion is effective for a minimum of 12 months and cannot be reversed during this period. bat288 will flag self-excluded accounts and will not send marketing communications to self-excluded Players.

All content on bat288.com — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video — is owned by bat288 or licensed to bat288 by third-party rights holders. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bat288.com solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bat288 content without prior written authorisation from bat288. Unauthorised use of bat288 intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms limits bat288's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bat288's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the bat288 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

bat288 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and personalisation of your bat288 experience. bat288 does not sell your personal data to third parties.
